Bonfida Feedback Campaign

In an effort to actively improve all aspects of the Solana name service and Bonfida in general we’d like to encourage you to give feedback and be able to track that explicitly. We are always excited to hear more from you and we’d like to compensate those who do accordingly!

You are able to give feedback here.

Upvoty requires little onboarding and is an easy way to visualize the feedback and the progress on it efficiently. There are a few things to understand;

• You need to create an account but can do so while leaving a comment. The simplest way is to sign up via email (you do not even need to verify it).
• We only have one board and we’d like to keep it as organized as possible. In saying this;
  • If you have a new idea, add it as a new post under the board and not as a comment
  • If you have a similar idea to one already posted, place a comment under the post and build on the idea
  • If you generally agree with the suggestion made, don’t forget to upvote it so we can prioritize accordingly
  • Once you have made a post, the BD team will tag it appropriately

Feedback: Do’s

• If you have managed to find a bug, please describe the path that leads to it and
  • Screenshots of your console tab are always helpful. Right click → Inspect → Console
• When providing constructive criticisms and suggestions, describe what you would like to see changed or how you would like it to be done
• For feature requests, indicating why it would be beneficial and/or the problem it will solve will be helpful
• Be specific
• Leave room to brainstorm solutions/interaction
• Upvote feedback you agree with or build on the idea in the comments
• Stay respectful and constructive

Feedback: Don’ts

• Reporting information with a complete lack of context. Feedback such as “This does not work” will be difficult to debug
• If the implemented solution does not work as desired do not leave it there
• Do not report multiple similar posts, let’s keep this as organized as possible
• Try not to generalize without facts
• Do not resort to personal attacks

For now, we are looking to focus on feedback pertaining to:

1. UI/UX Suggestions
2. General Bugs
3. New Features
4. Marketing
5. Communication/Community

Constructive feedback/suggestions are definitely not limited to what the tags contain. Once we see more concrete branches it’ll be added!

We’d kindly like to ask you tag your feedback according to these.
