Recent Developments

Autosuggest is Live

The long-awaited feature allowing keyword search and auto-suggestions of domain names is finally live. The idea was to enhance your searching capabilities and get this API integrated into explorers. Looking up domain names should be as easy as sending funds to one.

Wallet Integrations

Solana domain names function in many forms. You have your native domain name, NFT domains and domains that have record sections set. With native domains, they are directly registered to your wallet address and fund transferring is typically easy. However, if a domain name is wrapped (tokenized) into an NFT, the native domain is stored in an escrow account until it is unwrapped again. This means, the domain is temporarily not directly linked to your pubkey and would generally result in confusion collecting funds (requiring unwrapping).

At last, we have all our major wallets properly resolving domain names no matter what form they are in. So, if funds are sent to your domain, it’ll end up in your wallet as expected without any additional effort.

The wallets:

  • Phantom
  • Solflare (Web browser only)
  • Math Wallet
  • Trust Wallet
  • Coin98
  • Web3Auth

Coming soon: Inhouse SNS Twitter bot

We’re working on completing our own Twitter bot for SNS. That way it’s easier to maintain and add the requests from our community. Our first prototype is ready and the next step includes obtaining Twitter API keys. The first few key features will include:

  1. New registrations, auctions won and sales (NFTs & fixed price listings)
  2. Number and volume of sales and registrations
  3. Top sales, top volume categories and top floor categories
  4. Daily, weekly & monthly statistics
  5. Deals of the day

A special thanks to our community member that has supported us throughout the initial stages

Feedback Campaign

In an effort to continuously improve our product, we’ll be launching a new feedback campaign. The logistics surrounding it will be revealed in the near future. Feedback will be encouraged with rewards for anyone that relays constructive criticism/suggestions related to but not limited to; UI/UX, feature requests, general bugs, communication, marketing and so forth.
